Prayer At The Beginning Of A Journey

O God our Father, you led your servant Abraham from his home and guarded him in all his wanderings. Guide and guard us now as we go forth in your name. Protect us from storms, from weariness, from trouble and danger. With this protection, may we reach our destination and return safely home again. Amen.
